Robert Stephens has over 30 years experience in Human Resource Management, Corporate and Not-for-Profit Training, General Management, and both Human Resource and Communications consulting.

He has worked for both small, growing organizations as well as having served in a Human Resource management capacity for over 16 years in a Fortune 50 corporation. In addition, he has owned two successful small businesses and has served as a part-time consultant for organizations in higher education and manufacturing as well as holding management positions in the legal and medical professions.

In addition to many seminars and training sessions, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Missouri State University, a Master of Arts degree in Communications from Drury University, and a post-Master’s specialist degree in Technical Communications from Cal State University.

For one year, he wrote a column of commentary for two newspapers in southwest Missouri and has had numerous articles and op-ed pieces published in local, state, and national publications. He currently publishes a political blog entitled Framing the Question and is working on a Libertarian-sympathetic mystery novel.

He and Cindy are married with two daughters—one a Physician’s Assistant in Denver and the other a financial analyst in the Kansas City area.
