National Libertarian Party 2010 Convention in St Louis - Gateway to Liberty

The National Libertarian Party 2010 Convention
will be held Memorial Day weekend May 28-31 at the Renaissance Grand Hotel in downtown St. Louis.
What a great opportunity for Missouri Libertarians to hear great speakers, attend
training sessions and network with other Libertarians from around the country.
Bob Sullentrup, former Missouri Libertarian Party Chairman and current Libertarian
National Committee Secretary will be giving a Welcome to St. Louis speech.
Gary Nolan, candidate for the 2004 Libertarian Party Presidential Nomination and
host of
The Drive on The Eagle 93.9FM in Columbia, MO will be the Master of Ceremonies.
Additional speakers include:
- David Nolan - The prime mover behind the formation of the Libertarian Party in 1971.
- Bob Barr - 2008 Libertarian Party Presidential Nominee and former member of Congress.
- Neal Boortz - Nationally syndicated radio talk show host.
- Dr. Mary Ruwart - Author of Healing Our World and candidate for the 2008 Libertarian Party
Presidential Nomination.
- Wayne Allyn Root - Candidate for the 2008 Libertarian Party Presidential Nomination.
With all of the discontent with the federal government in recent years the Missouri
Libertarian Party 2010 US Senate Nomination has attracted a number of candidates.
The Missouri Libertarian Party is making plans to hold a Missouri Libertarian US Senate
Candidate Debate at the National Convention.
Of course this wouldn't be a convention without the business session where delegates
will update the National Libertarian Party bylaws, platform and elect Libertarian National
Committee officers and representatives.Missouri will have 21 voting delegates to the National Convention who will be
elected at the
2010 Missouri Libertarian Party State Convention March 6th in Jefferson City.
Don't miss this prelude to the National Convention with its own lineup of
regional speakers.
Even if you aren't elected as an official Missouri Libertarian Party delegate to
the National Convention, Missouri LP Chairman Glenn Nielsen will be happy to work
with you to get you seated in another state's delegation.
You don't have to be a delegate to attend the National Convention and enjoy the
great speakers, sessions and networking.
The Missouri Libertarian Party will have a booth in the exhibition area.
With all the activities planned by the Missouri LP in conjunction with the National
Convention we will need 8-10 volunteers to help staff the Missouri LP booth, help the
National Convention and with other events the Missouri LP is planning. If you would
like to volunteer, please send an e-mail to: info@lpmo.org
