Teddy Fleck, Greene County LP Secretary, has started a new weekly live libertarian talk show, Show Me Libertarians which you can listen to over the internet. You can even call in to the show, live, and ask questions of his guests.

The first live show was an interview with Greene County LP Chair Keith Rodgers on October 7th, 2007. The second show was a live interview with Oklahoma LP Chairman Jimmy Cook on their battle to gain ballot access in 2008.

Here is Mr. Teddy Fleck explaining why he started his weekly live internet talk radio show:

The reason i started my Blogtalk radio show is to further the cause of the Libertarian Party. I am new to the L.P. after 27 years as a Republican. I have always been interested in the L.P. but finally made the move earlier this year because the GOP had abandoned me the last 8 years. I now feel energized and ready to go. My show will get into hi gear next year when our Missouri Candidates file for office. I hope to interview all of our Candidates by election day. I will also help by putting out Public Service Announcements for our Candidates. Being an over the road Truck Driver I am usually home on weekends and can do a show. I am going to attempt to do a show on the road using WiFi. But I don't know if it will permit enough bandwidth or if my laptop can handle it.

Anyone who wants to listen to the show can go to http://www.blogtalkradio.com/showmelibertarians. There is a live call in number during the show to so feel free to call in with your questions or concerns. All shows are archived so if you miss a certain show you can always go back and listen again.

Mr. Teddy Fleck has recently announced he will be running in 2008 for Missouri State Representative in the 138th District.

The following interviews are scheduled for upcoming shows:

  • 4PM CST Saturday October 27th - Missouri Libertarian Party State Chair Glenn Nielsen
  • 4PM CST Saturday November 3rd - Libertarian Party Presidential Candidate George Phillies

I am encouraged by all the libertarians across Missouri who, like Teddy Fleck, are taking action on their own to spread the message of freedom and liberty.

Please join Teddy and I, live on the internet, Saturday October 27th at 4PM, to talk about the Missouri Libertarian Party and our message of freedom and liberty.
