Wendy Terry campaign ends in Feb. 7th primary

Wendy Terry's run in Independence for an at large City Council seat came to end when she fell just short of being one of four candidates selected in the primary.

From the Examiner, "Terry narrowly missed the ballot, receiving 2,182 votes (10.84 percent), only 489 votes shy of grabbing the last available spot."
