Mike Ferguson is a father and a businessman. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Charter Oak State College. Mike is a father of two. The Fergusons are members of Open Door Bible Church in Belton and have lived in Belton/Grandview for almost ten years.

Mike is a recruiter and trainer for a corporation that provides business services to a variety of industries. He oversees the recruitment of employees for a three state area. In addition to his recruiting duties, Mike is also responsible for the training and career development of employees and local managers.

Mike works with several statewide employment networks and agencies to help them prepare people for employment. He works directly with those who are impacted the most by Missouri’s job losses and gains; those who are entering the workforce for the first time, those who are returning to the workforce, and those who are making the transition from welfare to self sufficiency.
