Libertarian Ticket 2004

Thirty-five Libertarians filed for office during the 2004 filing period that extended from February 24 through March 30.

In 2002 Missouri Libertarians set a record with 52 filings. While the 2004 totals are off one third from that high water mark, the Green Party managed only four candidates and all other third parties fired blanks. The Greens are running two candidates in state senate races and two for state rep with no one having filed for state-wide or federal offices.
